The Schwartz Law Group in Jacksonville, Florida, represents clients throughout the State of Florida. However, if litigation is required, we take a very aggressive stance, utilizing all available provisions under Florida or federal law to protect and fight for our clients' interests. We care for our clients' well being and strive for their satisfaction.

We understand how difficult it is for many of our clients to walk through the doors of our office. We strive to make the divorce process run as smoothly and easily as possible for all of our clients. We do this through compassion, by educating our clients, and keeping them informed through each step of their case. We understand divorce can be complicated and confusing, and it is our goal to make sure our clients understand all the details.

We also routinely facilitate communication between our clients and reputable bail bonds men, or fight for a bail reduction to secure your loved one's release while we work to defend the case. We are aggressive attorneys who are not afraid to challenge the police or prosecutors on tough cases.
